A Day in The Zoo

26175793_10154991687032097_749261729_n

Today Greg and I spent the day at Auckland Zoo. It was yet another hot summer day and walking around the zoo was a perfect day to spend a day outside, getting some tan and enjoying each others company.

26177637_10154991687257097_1800902348_o

I haven’t been to the zoo for ages, and I don’t think that I have ever gone there without any children but it turns out that it is a great place to spend time for adults too.

It is quite fascinating to see wild animals up close. Animals that is designed to live in the wilderness. Knowing that some of them would hunt you down and have you as dinner if it wasn’t for the fence between you. To think if you saw the animal that close in nature you would probably be in life danger, but here in the zoo you can just relax.

My favourite animal to see must be the elephant. I get obsessed with elephants from time to time. Their nature and their looks is just beautiful. They help each other out, are social animals and so big and beautiful.

My second favourite must be the giraffe, simply because they are so graceful and also harmless.

Now my days here in New Zealand is starting to run out and my departure date is quickly coming up. I only have tomorrow night and then on Monday I am leaving. I have really felt the sadness of leaving today, knowing that I only have another full day before going back to London.

After the zoo today, Greg’s sister and her husband came over for dinner and it will be the last time I will see them during this trip which made me really sad. Greg has such a lovely family that is so friendly and easy to be around and that makes it even harder to say goodbye.

Tonight Greg had some friends to see and whilst i really should be studying tonight I nearly came with him. Just because I am so aware that I have very little time now and want to make the most of it. It wasn’t until right before he was going I realised that I really do have very little time on my assignments and decided to stay in.

Hopefully I will be able to enjoy my last day tomorrow, and not be dragged down too much by thinking of that I will soon be flying home.

IMG_0287IMG_0293IMG_0301IMG_0305IMG_0292IMG_0259IMG_0245IMG_0274

I am now all ready for bed, and will therefore say goodnight and wish for another great day tomorrow – the last of the year!… ….And my last full day here in New Zealand.

Adventure around Devonport

IMG_0123

Today has been one of those days that makes me feel like I am 16 again. Being out with friends, in the sun, just enjoying each others company. Nowhere to be, nothing to worry about, just hanging out and having fun.

We went to meet Greg’s best friend James in the morning and spent the whole day out in the sun.

We were originally supposed to take the ferry to one of the little islands around here, but in the morning the weather seemed a bit unstable so we dropped those plans. Instead we went to wonder around Devonport and just do what we felt like without any specific plans in mind.

It turned into the best day, probably because we just did what we felt like and didn’t have a specific schedule to follow.

We climbed up Mount Victoria, one of the old extinct volcanoes at Devonport and took in the amazing view from up there. Looking out over the city from there almost looks unreal. As if a picture on a canvas is put down there. I am not normally one to gaze at a view, but since coming here I have just been amazed with them. I don’t know if it is me changing or if it is just because the views here are so spectacular that I cant help but admire them.

IMG_0120IMG_0121IMG_0122IMG_0127IMG_0126

After having a great lunch, we headed to the Maritime museum that is in Devonport. I love a bit of history and seeing the exhibits from different tours of the Navy, especially during the war always feels so special to me.

The museum also has these really cool “cabins” on display where you can go and get a feel of what it is to be on one of those boats. It made me really want to join the Navy being in there, trying on the uniform hats and hearing the stories of maritime history.

IMG_0144IMG_0140IMG_0147IMG_0143

How cool is it that you can have an interactive experience with the cabins like that? I think it would have been really fun being out at sea with your ship and sharing a cabin like that. Sign me up!

We later went down to the marina and spent a few hours sitting by the water and just having fun. We all went for a swim, me with my clothes on haha! When you don’t have a bikini with you what else is there to do?

Now I am curled up on the bed at Greg’s parents place. Being out in the sun all day really takes your energy away, but it is a great way to feel tired!

Have a great evening,

Christmas in New Zealand

Hello from the beautiful country of New Zealand!IMG_0092

At last, I am here! If you read my previous post a few weeks ago, you will know that I was scheduled to fly to New Zealand the 12th of December to spend Christmas with my boyfriend Greg and his family. Well nothing went according to plan.

The day I was meant to travel I got a really bad infection and was strongly recommended by the doctors at the hospital to not fly long distance and stay admitted there until I got better to avoid complications later.
After a lot of back and forth and a few tears I decided at the last minute (literally right before heading to the airport) to not fly because I was too scared of something happening. So as the panic hit me, I cancelled my flight and booked myself onto one about a week after.

And after a week at home, i finally got myself successfully on my flight and made it to New Zealand just in time for Christmas.

And it is absolutely stunningly beautiful here!

Right after I arrived here, Greg was scheduled to go for a long weekend away with his friends. During that time I was able to spend some time alone with his family which was great! Greg’s mum is always so welcoming to me and took me all around Auckland to see everything from the Sky Tower to beaches while Greg was away  I even got to see some places here that Greg has not even seen yet. Here are some pictures:

IMG_0086IMG_0073IMG_0084

Other than celebrating Christmas here we have spent time with Greg’s friends, gone for long drives and gone to explore all the little bays and beaches around where we are here in Auckland. It is amazing how much diversity and landscape can be found around one single city. I feel as if we have seen ten different places in New Zealand, yet we are in the same area surrounding the city. So many beaches, some with huge waves and dramatic landscape and others with long flat sand reaching for miles and miles with still sea. In the country side, yet a short drive away is the big city.

20171223_15463020171223_15505320171225_150352IMG_0109IMG_0107IMG_0110

One of my first thoughts as I arrived from London was just how few people is around. Even on a beautiful day the streets are never overcrowded, nor is the beaches.

I have been constantly using the word colourful everyday since I came here, and it is the only word I can use to describe the beauty around here. At times it seems that I am standing looking at a huge big canvas, as if it is too beautiful to be real.

But enough about the beauty of the land, the pictures speaks for them selves! 20171224_162303IMG_0099IMG_0093

It is a ball of emotions being here this time of year. It being Christmas and yet it being warm. Feeling blessed to be spending Christmas with Greg’s wonderful family. Spending Christmas with Greg. Being on an adventure and in nature. Being back after two years of living with Greg in London and feeling as if not a day has passed since I was last here. It being the same and yet so different. Seeing Greg so happy to be here and home, yet knowing we are going back to London again soon. Thinking of what was before and what is now.

It truly feels as though it was last week that I spent three months here with Greg, when we were newly in love and excited to move to London and in together. It feels strange that it feels like no time has passed, and yet two years has gone by and with that a lot has happened. It is a strange feeling – feeling everything is completely the same and yet so different.

I only have a few days left now, because already on the 1st of January I am heading back to London. Greg will stay for another two weeks – lucky bastard.

Tomorrow we are catching up with Greg’s best friend James and spending the day with him! It will be so nice!

Have a great day everyone, or night for those on this side of the world,

Camilla

Preparing for New Zealand!

I am now sitting at home with Gilmore girls on the TV, snacks on the table and myself planted on the sofa tucked in warm blanket. Not a crazy Saturday night, but with the cold weather outside it is the only thing I want to do tonight.

1230082_10153576286705508_627391156_n

Even with thick socks, a sweater, a fleece jacket, a good blanket AND heaters on I am still cold!

It is a strange evening home for me, because tonight Greg has travelled to New Zealand where I will travel to on Tuesday to spend Christmas with him and his family.

It is less than a week until I see him and just another two days at home before I leave but yet the house feels so empty without him! I am of course used to being home alone. Greg and I don’t spend every evening together, and  often he has to travel to other UK cities for work yet knowing that he is flying to far away makes it feel extra empty. Even though I will see him in no time.
It gives me a real butterfly feeling in my stomach knowing that the next text I get from him he will be far away in Malaysia and I wont talk to him until he is landed in New Zealand. It almost feels like I am the one flying – and in some way that probably is what it is. Knowing that our flights are so close together I feel much closer to my own flight date. The next time I see Greg I will also be in New Zealand, something that I planned for so long is finally happening.

I have so many things to sort out before I go, and I am starting to feel that I am running out of time. I need to finish the laundry for my whole trip in time for it to dry before I pack it. I have to pack, find some stuff for the trip such as a backpack etc. I need to go to uni and sort out a few things this Monday and get the house clean and tidy for us to get back to. In addition to that I am starting to come down with a hefty cold and it looks like I am getting my infection back so I have to go and get some antibiotics on Monday so I am ok for the long flight. I currently get a painful back just sitting on the sofa for an hour so two rounds of 12 hours on a plane will be awful unless I sort it out!

But mostly I am so excited!

I hope everyone is having a great Saturday wither you are out and about living it up or is at home, relaxing on the sofa like me today.

2016 – From a Long Distance Relationship to Sharing a Home and a City

Now that a new year has come and 2016 is officially history, I thought it would be nice to have a look back at the year that just passed and reflect on that.

Last year was a year of many changes and for me and Greg it was the year that we worked on settling in to our life in London. It feels like we spent the whole year getting settled and set up a new life, a new home and a new routine. Here is a throwback to the year 2016.
On this day exactly one year ago the day we had been waiting for arrived. Greg moved to London.
I remember the trip to Heathrow airport so vividly as  went to pick him up. I had not seen him since September and I was stoked! I was both nervous and incredibly happy. I was nervous about the big step of moving in together and having our relationship go from long distance to one where we not only would see each other every day but also living together and sharing our lives. Would we meet differences that would be to hard to live with? Would we see sides of each other that we were not prepared for? I was also very excited to be living with the person I love and sharing my life with my best friend. To after missing each other for so long to finally be able to wake up together every morning and go to bed together every night.
10392248_10156637759215508_5408419680774094639_n

When Greg finally stepped out to the arrival hall at Heathrow airport, all my nervousness disappeared and I remembered just how good it felt to be with him. I had almost forgot how handsome he was and how much he made me laugh.
Finally we were together again.

Greg didn’t stay for many days before we went on a two week holiday to Norway. At that time Norway was covered in snow and the temperature went as low as 17 degrees. I can imagine it was quite a  shock to Greg, coming from sunny New Zealand. We spent time with my family, took a trip to Oslo and just fully enjoyed ourselves.

As Greg didn’t have a job yet, getting a place by our selves was difficult and therefore we ended up renting a room in Stratford through Air Bnb. We moved into a family house with a family of three that rented our their spare room. Our plan was to live there for one or two months, ended up being until July.

At first we were just fine there, but over time being two people sharing one room where we would sleep, hang out, eat and spend all our time on the bed it grew less charming.

20160122_20472920160122_201734Greg got a job impressively fast and had his first day only a few weeks after we returned and is in this job today, working as a paralegal.

I continued with Uni and worked part time as a Health Care Assistant at a local Dementia Home.

In July we finally got our own place. I cannot even begin to express my relief! I felt like someone that just won the lottery must feel. All that space and privacy after months of living in a small confined space was an incredible feeling. I think it took me about two weeks before I finally could relax and believe that this was actually our new home!
When we moved in we spent most of our savings on the deposit and therefore had little left over for furniture. Our place looked empty for months, only filled with basic second hand furniture of what we needed the most. I must say however, I still loved it!

December – Finally furnished after living there for 6 months!

dscf3084dscf3083
During the summer I went from working as a Heath Care Assistant at my job to covering for the Home Administrator for two months, suddenly working office hours Monday – Friday, shorter shifts but more days a week than normal. It was a lot of fun and gave me an sight of what it is like having a normal 9 – 5 job.

When my time in the office was over, I went for two weeks to Greece with my mum for a holiday before returning to London to start the 3rd year of Uni.

I felt that over the summer I had gathered new motivations for Uni and was excited to start and continue to learn. After the summer holiday I have enjoyed Uni more than ever before so I think the summer gave me just the motivation and  excitement I needed.

I honestly dont even know what we have been up to from October to December. The time has just flown by whilst we have been busy planning for Christmas holidays and doing work and Uni.

I did however finally get to decorate the living room how I wanted in December and I am to this day still so excited for it. Finally it looks like a home!

Finally, as you know we flew home to Norway on the 23rd of December and spent the holidays here. I am still here and Greg flew home today where I will join him on the 5th.
I mentioned it earlier in a post, but during this Christmas holiday I feel as we have fallen in love all over again and got a better connection than ever before. Living hectic lives in London and feeling tired and stressed when we get home can make you disconnect and take each other a little for granted. I think we both want to take this holiday with us home in a sense and make sure we make time for each other, disconnect from all the rest occasionally and just enjoy one another’s company from time to time.

Like said earlier, I feel that 2016 was the year of getting settled in and setting up our new life.

I hope 2017 will be the year of accomplishments and having fun with, work, uni and travelling!
Tomorrow I am posting about my hopes for 2017!

All that is left for me to do now is say thank you for a very interesting and good year!

Last Week and a New Focus

Good morning beautiful people!

I am getting ready to head out to work, but before I do that I thought I would give an update and a summary with the highs and lows from the week that just passed.

I have been away for some weeks now. We have had some highs and lows here that I have been working through. But it is all worked through now and I am back to normal, and hopefully will be better than ever!

In the week that was I have worked towards getting myself healthy and feel my best. After a few health scares and feeling unhealthy my focus has gone from heating and working out to look my best, so eating, living and working out in a way that benefits my health.
It is a work in progress and I have had good days and days that I have been less successful but I am getting there!
I hope that in this week I will not have any setbacks and be 100% dedicated to being healthy. I have realized that being happy and healthy is much more important than being thin, or have great skinn or being well toned and that way I feel more relaxed and much happier.

Well, back to the week that was.

High point of the week:
On Thursday Greg took me out for a super nice date! We went to central and ate tapas before going for ice cream. It was great to get to spend some one on one time without any distractions. The food was amazing and the company was even better!
How lucky am I to be with this amazing man!

15032529_10158048112800508_1488714943_n

Low point of the week:
The low point of my week must have been yesterday, when Greg and I was watching the Saints and the Broncos and just as we were getting super excited that they were about to win, the Broncos blocked the last field goal and we lost the game! We were so disappointed!

Surprise of the week:
Trump won the election! Like so many else I am just stunned that Donald Trump won the election in America. I was up watching some of the election and I could not believe he was in the lead. I was even more surprised waking up to the news that he won! Who would have though a year ago that he would actually be president. It just goes to show that anything can happen, so at least that is a good life lesson.

I have in general had a great week, and been getting on track with food, sleep and in general feeling very uplifted and happy.
Having said that I could not get to sleep last night, and ended up with only 3 hours of sleep so I am dreading spending 12 hours as a health care assistant today. Being on such a long shift in a job were you need to be very present for the residents and the people you are looking after is very challenging when being sleep deprived.
However I am determined to keep up a good spirit and just keep in mind that at the end of the day I will get a great night sleep. And keep the coffee coming!

Have a great day everyone!

Date Night in Soho

dscf1462

Good evening!

After a day of some studying and some TV watching, I met Greg after he finished work for a date night in the city.

Because I dont have any lectures on Fridays and this is the first week back at uni, I allowed myself to a bit of a relaxed day. After a couple hours of light studying, I spent the day with some day time TV watching whilst I made a slightly unhealthy but delicious lunch.

A few days ago Greg suggested that we should go to Soho after work today and eat dinner out. It has been a while since I have gone out on a date with Greg, as I said in my previous post I have been in a mode lately where I have wanted to stay in an just relax most days. But as I am changing that now, we went out and I had such a nice time!
dscf1473dscf1484dscf1486dscf1480

We met up in Piccadilly Circus and walked to this Greg restaurant that makes pizza and pasta. You simply order by the counter and chooses your choice, which they heat up and you bring to your seat.
It is like a canteen theme, only the food was so good and it looks like a restaurant with really nice interior.
dscf1813

After dinner we walked down Oxford Street and looked in a few shops before heading to Trafalgar Square for a look around.
When Greg first moved to London Trafalgar Square was one of the first places I took him to and it is one of his favorite places in London.
It is quite nice, it is lively yet it has far fewer people than busy places like Oxford Street and Piccadilly Circus.
dscf1816dscf1815

Now I super full after dinner and then snacks that we had after coming home. Greg is sound asleep but I am still wide awake – snoozing half the morning today was probably not the greatest idea.

I am so excited for the weekend now. I haven’t made any plans yet, because I thought I was going to work this weekend but it turns out that I have this weekend of!
I probably will do a bit of exercise, a bit of study and the rest just do what I want. Unless we decide to go out and see something.

I wish you all a great weekend and hope you will enjoy it!

Talk to you tomorrow!

Furnishing on a (very) low budget

Last week I said I would write a post about furnishing a flat on a budget and I though I would put that out for you now!

When Greg and I got this flat in July, most of our savings was used on the deposit and we had little left over for furnishing.
We got the place unfurnished and therefore needed basic furniture such as a sofa and a bed in order to move in.DSCF1074

We still have a lot of furniture to buy to make it a cozy home, but by now we have the basics in place that we need to live here.

Here is my tips for you if you are furnishing your flat on a low budget.

Some of the stuff we got we bought new, and some stuff we got used.

The bed:

With our bed we decided that we would prefer a new bed over a used one. This was mostly because we did not want to risk getting bedbugs, especially where we sleep. Also I felt that I would be more comfortable with a bed I know no one has used before, after all it is where we sleep every night and I wanted to know that I would feel comfortable.
Most beds that you can buy at department stores end up getting quite expensive, especially with delivery. We searched for online stores and found our bed at Sofaworld for £120. For that we got a new double bed delivered to our house the same day we ordered it. It is a comfortable bed with two drawers in it, and although it is not a luxury bed at all it is a bed we can sleep well in.
DSCF1059Our bed was only furniture we got (except for the TV) that we spent more that £100 on, but for a bed £100 is really not very much especially considering it is new.

Buying Second Hand:

If you are looking for second hand furniture, there is a lot to find online. We found Gumtree to be a very good page to get second hand stuff and we got both our sofa and our closet from there. In addition to Gumtree, there are plenty of facebook pages where people sell their furniture. There might even be a group for the area you live in, so I would recommend searching for not only your city, but also your area.

We got our sofa from Gumtree for £35 with free delivery, and we bought a canvas wardrobe for £5 also on Gumtree.DSCF1225DSCF1226DSCF1062

Both the sofa and the wardrobe we will probably look to replace when we can, but it was a great solution to get the basics so we could live here and it works perfectly for now.

Two things to keep in mind:

1. Staying safe whilst paying for your purchase
One important thing though to keep in mind when buying through Gumtree or any online page where people can post privately is to make sure you pay when you receive the purchase, as you cannot be sure who you are buying from over the internet. Some of the ads can be a scam, even if they look legit.

2. Can you pick it up?
Another thing to consider when using these pages is if you have a vehicle to pick the furniture up. We saw so many amazing deals that we could not get, simply because we dont have a car. Neither Greg or I have a car and as we live in London were everyone uses public transport we have no one that can help us pick the furniture up. Some things are small enough that it can be brought on the tube or fit in an uber, but for larger furniture this can create a problem.
Our solution to this was to look for ads that said free delivery, or that delivers for a small extra price.

Buying from Department Stores:

I have got two places that I have gone to for cheap new furniture and that is IKEA and Poundstretcher.

Ikea is such a great store with heaps of affordable and good furniture. Not to mention it is a very fun store to go shopping in with its showroom displays and their restaurant that serves delicious foods!

From IKEA I got our little coffee table for £5, which was way cheaper than anything I could find online.DSCF1216
The table is tiny, and after a while we will probably want a better one, but for £5 it is a great deal!

We also got our dining table and chairs from IKEA. We was originally not supposed to get a dining table for a while, because we felt it was not a necessity as we could eat on the sofa and dining tables are quite expensive. However I really dislike having all our meals on the sofa and I got a bit creative so we could have a table to eat at.
At IKEA I found a white desk for £15 and folding chairs for £5 each so I bought that to use as a dining table. And when putting a tablecloth over it, it does not look half bad!DSCF1154DSCF1048
And for the time being it operates as a desk when it is not being used for a dining table.

IKEA is also great for buying what you need for the kitchen, they have super cheap quality dining wear and kitchen utensils!

Poundstretcher is another great store that have great furniture for very little.

As we do not have to much space to put our stuff yet I went out and got some cheap plastic drawers and containers from there!

I got some plastic drawers, a clothes rack and some extra boxes. I got the plastic drawers for £12, the rack for £7 and I got a hanging mirror for £6! Bargain! DSCF1068DSCF1060DSCF1005

Of course over time we want some proper furniture and not having to resort to plastic drawers and canvas wardrobes, but this really is a great way to buy furniture if you find yourself in a need to get a place furnished to live in, but dont have the money to get it all done in one go!

We still have heaps to do here, it still has a bit of an empty feel to it, as you can see in the pictures, but it will come with time. For now we can relax with what we have, and slowly fill in what is missing, knowing we have the essentials in place.

I hope this post gave some inspiration of how to get furniture way under budget, and even if you do not have a whole place to fill from scratch with minimum of spending money, there are little tricks you can do to get your basics without paying too much.

Now I am of to work, before going to meet my mum at the station later!
Wishing you all a very good day!

– Camilla

Lonely Flat, Lonely heart

Today was the first day in a long time that I came home to an empty flat. And it is my first night sleeping in this flat alone.

Greg and his best friend James has packed their bags and on their way to Florida for a ten days vacation. I am so envious of their trip, and I know they will have an amazing time. I am really happy for Greg that he gets this experience with his best friend, after he has been working so hard ever since he arrived in London in January he truly deserves it.

Although I must admit I am sad to be without him for that long, and last night I felt anxious thinking of being here alone. I am getting so used to having him here every night and seeing him every day that I think I am experiencing some separation anxiety.
Last night I got that same feeling I had when we were doing long distance and it was the night before one of us would fly back to our home country. Of course this is very different, back then we would face two or three months apart and now we are only having ten days apart but I still got that same anxious feeling in my stomach as I did back then.

The whole day at work today I just kept thinking of the empty flat I would come home to, knowing Greg and James is so far away. It nearly killed my motivation for the day just thinking about it and it felt so weird and empty coming through the door after work having no one to greet me and knowing no one is coming home later in the evening either.
Especially after having James here for two weeks, I am so used to having people around and having company in the evening. Going from having days being three people at home to being alone is such a strange feeling.
Since I came home I have just been moping around the flat not really knowing what to do with myself.
I am normally someone who enjoy spending time on my own and I enjoy my own company. I think this is one of the first times that I know I have some time to myself and I am not feeling really happy about that! It is so strange how we can change like that, to me it is a whole new feeling and very unlike myself. I am not sure if it is age or just missing Greg that makes me feel so lonely sitting here alone. It is odd to think about how dependent one can get on another person!  DSCF1183

However I do think it is good to have some days apart, even though I am not liking it as it happens. I think it is good to be able to truly miss one another and feel lonely being apart.
Often when we get used to having someone around we get so comfortable that we forget to stop and think how lucky we are, and often can take those that matter the most for granted.
it is nice once in a while to realize the importance of the person we love and just how much we love them. Not to mention that I think this is so good for Greg to get to see what he wants to see and have some time with his friends from New Zealand that he hardly every get to see.
I know I am moping about being alone, but deep down I am so happy for them.

I realize I am getting a bit sentimental here thinking of Greg somewhere over the Atlantic, but it truly is reminding me of how much I love him and how much I love seeing him everyday.

Fortunately I wont be alone for very long, because my mum is coming on Wednesday to London and staying with me until Monday. It will be really nice to have some mother and daughter time together, see some of London and have some good old Norwegian food again. We haven’t seen each other since February so I am quite excited to see her! Not to mention it will make time go a lot faster until Greg comes back home!

Now it is time for this lonely soul to get to bed in order to survive a full on day tomorrow.

I hope you all are well and get a good night sleep.

Sweet dreams, Camilla

Things to do in London: Hyde Park and Kenisngton Garden

Today has been such a great day and a perfect end to the week!

Because Greg and James are leaving for America for 10 days tomorrow, we wanted to get the most out of the day today and spend as much time together as possible.

We took advantage of the great weather and had all day in Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens.

These places are so beautiful, like a little oasis in the middle of London.
Kensington Palace is where Diana used to live while she was alive and where the royal family occasionally stay.
There are so many memorial monuments in this park, celebrating royalties from hundreds of years ago, as this was a very historical garden for the royal family.

We went to see all the memorials, the gardens, the park and the palace.

It was so nice to just look at the pretty scenery, have some laughs and just enjoy each others company.
And we got to take so many nice pictures!

Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park is located near Kensington in West London. The best way of getting there I think would be the route that we took today, witch is to take the underground to South Kensington station and walk from there. But of course it depends a little of where in London you are coming from. I would absolutely recommend to make the trip there though, it is a location that must be seen, you would not regret it!

In the spirit of having just visited this beautiful garden, when we came home I baked an apple cake and we watched the old classic “The Secret Garden”.

It was the best day I have had for such a long time, the only bad thing with it was that it made me feel super sad and dreading Greg being away for 10 whole days!
I am really dreading going to work in the morning, knowing I will be coming home to an empty house and Greg being somewhere over the Atlantic.

Now I am casually sitting on my computer with a big moan, as Greg is packing.

Although I am so happy for Greg and James that they get to go on a fun boys trip, I am also so sad to be alone without them here at home.

Talk to you tomorrow,

– Camilla
